Dreamcast
Dreamcast is a home console manufactured by Sega and released in November 1998. It was the first console to include a built-in modem for online gaming and featured innovative hardware like a VMU (Visual Memory Unit). Popular titles for the Dreamcast included Sonic Adventure, Shenmue, and Soulcalibur. Around 620 games were released during its lifespan. Despite its innovation, the Dreamcast struggled commercially, marking Sega’s final attempt at producing home consoles, though it remains beloved by fans.
