Nintendo DS (NDS)
Nintendo DS, also known as NDS, is a handheld console manufactured by Nintendo and released in November 2004. It featured dual screens, one of which was a touchscreen, bringing new ways to interact with games. Popular titles for the Nintendo DS included New Super Mario Bros., Pokémon Diamond/Pearl, and Mario Kart DS. Over 1,800 titles were released during its lifespan. The Nintendo DS was a massive commercial success, becoming one of the best-selling handheld consoles of all time.
