Ouya

Ouya is a microconsole developed by Ouya, Inc. and released in June 2013. It was designed as an affordable, Android-based gaming console with a focus on indie games. Popular titles for the Ouya included TowerFall, The Amazing Frog?, and BombSquad. Despite initial Kickstarter success, the Ouya struggled to maintain momentum, with thousands of games released but few commercial hits. It was discontinued in 2015 after failing to compete with other consoles and mobile gaming.
