Sega Genesis
Sega Genesis is a home console manufactured by Sega and released in October 1988. It was designed with 16-bit processing power, offering faster gameplay and more detailed graphics than its predecessors. Popular titles for the Genesis included Sonic the Hedgehog, Streets of Rage, and Mortal Kombat. During its lifespan, around 900 titles were released. The Genesis was a major commercial success, particularly in North America, and helped Sega become a leading force in the console market during the 16-bit era.
